On the February 8 broadcast, guests Hong Jin Ho and Mimi joined the Running Man members for a special “Game of Two” race. During a lunch mission, Ji Ye Eun teamed up with Kim Jong Kook and enjoyed a relaxed meal after choosing pork cutlet. While eating, Ji Ye Eun shared that although she hadn’t been particularly fond of pork cutlet in the past, she recently started craving it—and revealed that she had just undergone an InBody body composition test.
She recalled her Pilates instructor’s reaction, saying, “My Pilates teacher doesn’t know who I am at all. But after seeing my InBody results, she said, ‘This is the first time I’ve ever seen results like this.’” Ji Ye Eun went on to explain that the instructor was shocked by how extreme the contrast was between her body fat and muscle mass.

According to Ji Ye Eun, the instructor joked that her muscle mass was comparable to that of a 21-kilogram elementary school student and even expressed concern, saying that with such low muscle mass, she might get out of breath just from walking around. The exaggerated comparison had everyone on set laughing.
Ji Ye Eun added that she is currently exercising to bring her body back from a “negative” state to zero. She also shared a humorous yet slightly bittersweet anecdote, saying that her instructor genuinely doesn’t recognize her—even after she introduced herself and mentioned she appears on television. She jokingly added that she was once asked to leave a Naver review in exchange for socks, and she actually did it, further amusing the cast.

Her honest and self-deprecating remarks once again highlighted Ji Ye Eun’s relatable charm, turning a simple health confession into one of the episode’s most memorable moments.
