Actress Roh Yoon Seo has turned down the offer to appear in “Bastard”.
On January 16th, an official from Roh Yoon Seo’s agency, told SPOTV News, “Roh Yoon Seo received an offer to star in the drama ‘Bastard’, but ultimately decided not to appear.”
Based on a webtoon of the same name that was popularly published by Naver, “Bastard” is a thriller drama about a high school boy named Seon Woo Jin who lives alone with his psychopath father who has been committing murder all his life. “Bastard” is highly likely to be released on online streaming platforms.
Earlier, Park Ji Hoon was reportedly cast as the male lead and Roh Yoon Seo as the female lead, but it has been confirmed that she would not be taking on the role.
Meanwhile, Roh Yoon Seo is a rookie actress who debuted in tvN’s drama “Our Blues” last year, and made her face known by appearing in Netflix’s film “20th Century Girl”. Currently, she plays Nam Hae Yi, Nam Haeng Seon’s (Jeon Do Yeon) daughter in tvN’s weekend drama “Crash Course in Romance”.
