RM Confirms BTS’s Contract Renewal with HYBE for 2025 Comeback, Expresses Love for ARMYs

Leader RM has confirmed BTS’s re-signing with HYBE and Big Hit Music

On September 20th, RM posted about BTS’ exclusive contract status on his personal Instagram story. He tagged ‘Big Hit Music’ official account and ‘ARMY’ and wrote, “♥2025♥.”

2025 is the year when BTS will make a full group comeback. Big Hit also announced the news of re-signing with BTS through an official disclosure on the same day.

BTS debuted in June 2012. They signed an early re-contract in October 2018 before completing their 7-year contract period. HYBE and Big Hit Music plan to sign individual contracts with the members. This is because some members are currently fulfilling their military service.

Jin and j-hope are in the military, and Suga is set to enlist on September 22nd. The new exclusive contract will take effect starting from 2025. Big Hit stated, “BTS will be able to engage in full-group activities together.”

Big Hit Music will express their gratitude to BTS and ARMY by making a donation. They will donate 1 billion Korean won (approximately $754,142) to the UNICEF Korean Committee.
