“Reply 1988” & “Law School” Ryu Hye Young to finally make drama return after a long hiatus

Actress Ryu Hye Young will be making her small screen comeback in the upcoming drama “Adult Kids”.

“Adult Kids” is a hyper-realistic drama that tells about the dynamic daily lives and workplace struggles of women in their 30s in the fashion industry, who have not yet become mature adults. In this work, Ryu Hye Young plays the role of Baek Han Ah, a fashion marketer with 9 years of experience at The Hansome Dotcom.

Han Ah is a character with a strong personality who dreams of being an elegant career woman. However, the fact is that she lives every day fiercely and struggles with her relationships with her bosses and juniors. Ryu Hye Young is expected to provide pleasant energy and empathetic emotions through her chemistry with other characters.

Making her debut in 2007, Ryu Hye Young has been active mainly on the big screen through short and feature films. In 2015, she gained huge love from the public after starring in tvN’s popular drama “Reply 1988” as Sung Bo Ra. Later, she continued to improve her acting skills through various works, such as Olive’s “Dear My Room” and JTBC’s “Law School”.

However, many drama fans were sad that Ryu Hye Young has not been active since gaining recognition through “Reply 1988”. Therefore, many people are looking forward to seeing what kind of acting she will perform in “Adult Kids” when returning to drama acting after a two-year hiatus following “Law School”.
