Red Velvet reaches 510,000 pre-order copies for the upcoming mini-album “THE REVE FESTIVAL 2022 – FEEL MY RHYTHM”
Spring Queen’s colorful comeback is coming!
Red Velvet recently announced a splendid comeback after a long time of hiatus. As of the 20th, the new mini-album ‘The ReVe Festival 2022-Feel My Rhythm‘ has collected 516,866 pre-orders. This is Red Velvet‘s own highest figure. Thus, the group is predicted to become a half-million seller. Besides, with this number of pre-orders, Red Velvet will surpass 2.4 million copies on Gaon, becoming the 3rd best-selling K-Pop girl group, behind BLACKPINK and TWICE.
A total of 6 songs will be released on the new album. The album includes the title track ‘Feel My Rhythm’, ‘Rainbow Halo’, ‘Beg for Me’, ‘Bamboleo’, ‘Good, Bad, Ugly’, and ‘In My Dreams’.
‘Feel My Rhythm’ is a pop dance song started with the familiar melody of Bach’s ‘Air On G String’ with an elegant string melody that blends harmoniously with an intense trap beat. The lyrics describe traveling through time and space along the track.
Red Velvet sets their comeback day on the 21st. At 5 p.m., the comeback countdown will be broadcast live on the YouTube channel. They will communicate with fans by introducing new songs, unboxing albums, and behind-the-scenes stories.
Red Velvet will release all songs from the new album on major music sites at 6 pm on the same day. The music video for the title song ‘Feel My Rhythm’ will also be released.
