Singer Park Yoo Chun sued his former manager A for embezzlement. However, the police announced their conclusion that A was “not guilty”.
According to a local media, the Nambu Police Station in Namyangju, Gyeonggi-do, recently decided not to send A’s charges of embezzlement to the court.
Park Yoo Chun filed a complaint against A in June. Park claimed that A committed embezzlement on duty during his time at Park’s former agency Re:Cielo
A has been a dedicated manager for Park Yoo Chun since his JYJ activities. Even after Park Yoo Chun’s drug use incident in 2019, they established the agency together. The contract period was until 2026.
However, there has been a rift between them since August last year. Park Yoo Chun claimed that he had not received any settlement, while A’s side refuted, saying, “We settled the profits normally.”
The police investigated the case for about four months. In conclusion, the police announced that A was innocent.
Meanwhile, Park Yoo Chun is still in dispute with A. In December last year, A also filed a lawsuit against Park Yoo Chun for damage compensation worth 600 million won. The lawsuit is currently under way.
