Park Shin-hye: “Getting married is my dream, I want to build a beautiful home”
Actors Park Shin-hye and Choi Tae-joon, who started dating in 2017, are scheduled to get married on January 22nd, 2022.
The couple is blessed by many as there is also the news of a precious life coming to them. Amidst the situation, Park Shin-hye’s view on marriage in the past is getting thrown back. Park Shin-hye once drew attention by saying, “Getting married is my dream” during her appearance on SBS’s “Some Guys Some Girls” in 2015.
When Chae Jeong-an asked her why was her goal getting married, Park Shin-hye replied, “When I saw my mom and dad, I realized that I want to live in a pretty family like my parents.” After hearing this, Chae Jeong-an wondered if Park wanted to get married early.
Park Shin-hye, who was 26 years old at the time, said, “I thought I would get married at the age of 23.” Yoon So-yi then asked, “How about now?” to which Park Shin-hye answered, “I think when I’m about 30? When I get married, I want to find a man that is like my father.”
She continued, “Everyone does have their own advantages, but as I try to see them, I only see their disadvantages first even when I meet good people. I ended up comparing them to my dad, and they don’t seem so good anymore.” Chae Jeong-an analyzed, “You only think about your dad,” and Park Shin-hye said, “My dad is very domestic.”
