YouTube creator and singer xooos expressed feelings about receiving hateful comments about her look
On December 22nd, xooos appeared in a video on the YouTube channel “HAEPPY” and met with former flight attendant Sung Hae-eun.
Introducing her new song “Crush!”, xooos said, “It’s an addictive song with hooking sounds. The song is quite short, only 2 minutes and 8 seconds. I released an easy-listening song so that you guys can listen to it over and over again”.
xooos is a famous YouTuber with 1.62 million subscribers who has covered songs by numerous singers. When asked how she came to start doing YouTube activities, xooos said, “I debuted as a singer but it didn’t work out well. I left the company to prepare for the college entrance exam and during that time, I felt regretful about the time I spent on singing. Wondering about what I could do to feel a sense of achievement, I started doing cover songs on YouTube.” She added, “I didn’t know that my channel would exceed 1 million subscribers. I’m still amazed when looking at the number”.
xooos and Sung Hae-eun are known to have similar appearances. xooos shared, “We took a photo, and we looked like twins in that photo, especially the mouth”, adding “Whenever someone leaves a bad comment about me, one of the most common things I hear is that my mouth looks weird. I was just born in this way. It’s not like I’m pretending. What should I do? I did not choose to look like this”.
Meanwhile, xooos was embroiled in a dating rumor with actor Park Seo-joon in June. At that time, Park Seo-joon’s agency responded that they could not confirm issues related to the actor’s personal life.
Later at the press conference for the movie “Concrete Utopia”, which was Park Seo-joon’s first appearance in public after the dating rumor broke out, the actor said, “It is difficult for me to give a specific statement because it’s my personal matters”.
