Park Seo Joon talks friendship with Wooga Squad at the press conference for new reality show “Jinny’s Kitchen” 

“We were always cautious,” Park Seo Joon mentioned the friendship of the famous Wooga Squad. 

On February 22nd, at the press conference “Jinny’s Kitchen”, Na Young Seok PD, actors Lee Seo Jin, Park Seo Joon, Jung Yu Mi, Choi Woo Shik, and BTS’s V attended.

Among them, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, and V are well known as members of the Wooga Squad, a group of best friends within the entertainment industry. Along with the three, actor Park Hyung Sik and singer Peakboy are also members of Wooga Squad. Park Seo Joon, Park Hyung Sik, and V became close through the drama “Hwarang”. They later got close with Choi Woo Shik and Peakboy through Park Seo Joon’s introduction.

In response to the question, “Did you learn anything new about each other while filming ‘Jinny’s Kitchen’?”, Park Seo Joon said, “I think it became an opportunity for us to get closer rather than learning something new. We’re close, but we are always cautious about that. How did a private group of friends suddenly become known…?” 

He added, “I was afraid I could cause damage to the rest of the group. But our friendship is already known to many. Rather than strengthening our friendship through the show, I think we can show the fans who like us that we are doing this.”

Choi Woo Shik said, “It was a special time because I felt like I was able to make memories by going all the way to Mexico. It’s not common for the three of us to make memories with work, but this time, we had so much fun.”

V made everyone laugh by saying, “I went thinking that we weren’t friends. I really thought that I was working with my boss and coworkers.”
