Park Seo Joon recalls scary experience of being stalked, private about personal life to protect family 

Actir Park Seo Joon recently opened up about his struggles when his personal life got embroiled in dating rumors. 

Recently, Park Seo Joon joined a production debriefing session with the Korean media to promote his upcoming disaster-thriller movie “Concrete Utopia.” In the interview, the actor confessed feeling immense pressure when his personal life was disclosed. 

Previously, on June 2023, Park Seo Joon was rumored to be dating singer and YouTuber Xooos. At the time, his dating life became a buzz on almost every SNS. 

The “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim” star recalled feeling a burden when the dating rumors first broke out, “I wasn’t that conservative initially. [However,] in the past, when I drove out of a parking lot, a car [that] followed me [was] in front of my house. It knew where I was going. It was always [arrived at my destination] faster than I was.” The actor confessed feeling scared of getting hurt when the experience persisted for two months. 

According to Park Seo Joon, he frequently confided in his friends rather than his family. The male star reasoned that he did not want his parents to feel worried about him. The actor added he was living very cautiously so that his life would not affect those around him.

Park Seo Joon affirmed his family is at the top of his priority list; they come before friends, girlfriend, and colleagues. He also admitted to feeling empty after living alone for one year, and later realized how comfortable it was having his family by his side. 

On the other hand, “Concrete Utopia” tells the story of an earthquake that devastates Seoul. Only one building – the Imperial Palace Apartments – is able to withstand the disaster, and survivors gather at the palace and try their best to survive. The movie will hit theaters on August 9.
