Comedian Park Na-rae suffered a cruciate ligament rupture during a CF filming and will have to undergo surgery.
An entertainment official said to JTBC Entertainment News on August 5th, “Park Na-rae suffered a leg injury during a recent commercial shoot and she is scheduled to undergo surgery next week”.
In this regard, Park Na-rae’s agency JDB Entertainment said, “Due to a cruciate ligament rupture in an accident in the middle of filming, she was put in the situation where she has to undergo surgery. We are trying our best to adjust her broadcast schedule. The recovery of Park Na-rae’s health is currently the top priority, and we will do our best to take care of her. We are very sorry for causing concern to staff and fans.”
Ahead of her scheduled cruciate ligament rupture surgery, she will join the recording for next week’s episode of MBC’s entertainment show “I Live Alone”. After discussing with the production teams, she will be absent from the recordings for next week’s broadcasts of tvN’s “The must-try restaurants” and “Amazing Saturday”.
Apart from stage comedies in which she has many years of experience, Park Na-rae is also active in various entertainment programs regardless of genres, such as observation reality shows, counseling programs, restaurant programs, music variety shows, etc.
