On February 7, A posted on her personal SNS account, revealing that she had undergone nine hours of police questioning. She stated, “I clearly denied what was untrue, and I acknowledged the parts where I fell short.” She added that the incident led her to reflect deeply on herself and to become more cautious about personal relationships moving forward.
A further urged the public and media to refrain from spreading speculation, emphasizing that the investigation is still ongoing. “I hope unverified claims and conjecture stop here,” she wrote.
However, the controversy escalated shortly after when A deleted the original post and uploaded a new image showing the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul, accompanied by the cryptic message: “Nine hours of questioning. Now it’s your turn. Especially one man.” The statement appeared to target a specific individual, fueling additional speculation online.
A also directly criticized SBS’s investigative program Unanswered Questions, disputing the credibility of the broadcast. She questioned whether the production team had verified the whistleblower’s claims before airing the episode, asking, “Was my life reduced to nothing more than gossip?”
She further expressed distress over the impact on her family, stating that her son, currently serving in the military, and her young daughter were subjected to undue scrutiny. “One broadcast can destroy not only a person’s life, but an entire family’s daily existence,” she said.
Warning of possible retaliation, A claimed that she had requested an apology from the production team without receiving a response. “If this continues, I will have no choice but to reveal everything, one by one, as it truly happened,” she asserted, adding that she would expose individuals who allegedly submitted false reports.
A is currently under police investigation for violating medical laws, including administering IV injections outside licensed medical facilities such as officetels and vehicles. Celebrities including Park Na Rae, SHINee’s Key, and Kim Mikyung (입짧은햇님) were reportedly involved and later stated they believed A was a licensed physician. All three have since suspended their broadcast and YouTube activities.
Police have imposed a travel ban on A and reportedly conducted searches of her residence and vehicle, seizing medical supplies, injection equipment, and client records. The investigation remains ongoing.
