Park Jin Young is working on a collaboration with KBS to form a group of prominent female singers.
On August 21, Park Jin Young confirmed to appear on KBS’s new entertainment program scheduled to air in the second half of this year. The program aims to form a vocal group consisting of legendary female vocalists in the music industry.
This is Park Jin Young’s upcoming project group following the creation of many popular girl groups under JYP Entertainment, namely Wonder Girls, Miss A, TWICE, ITZY, and NMIXX. In addition, his reputation as a producer also became prominent through survival shows such as SBS’ “K-pop Star,” Mnet’s “Sixteen,” and SBS’ “Loud.”
Most recently, Park Jin Young joined the evaluation and formation of the Japanese girl group NiziU through the Nizi Project.
This time, the collaboration between Park Jin Young and KBS will feature veteran female singers, not K-pop trainees. Park Jin Young is known for his hit ballad and R&B genre songs. Hence, viewers are eager to see what the producer and singer has in store for the upcoming group of legendary female singers.
