Park Bo Gum & IU’s drama “You Have Done Well” team apologized for causing inconvenience to tourists during filming

“You Have Done Well” team apologized to tourists who experienced inconvenience due to its filming.

Pan Entertainment, the production company of the drama “You Have Done Well”, said to XportsNews on April 27th, “First of all, we sincerely apologize to citizens who experienced inconvenience”.

“You Have Done Well” production team conducted filming at Gochang Green Barley Field Festival. However, the filming scene blocked the access of citizens who visited the festival

The area is privately owned, and although the production team had signed a contract with the landowner before proceeding with the filming, problems arose during the process of seeking permission from tourists.

The production company stated, “We once again apologize for not paying more attention to those who have taken their valuable time to visit the festival, although we had tried to minimize inconvenience during the process of ensuring safe filming and preventing spoiler leaks.”

Lastly, they said, “We would like to express our deep gratitude to the citizens who understood our filming situation, and we will be more careful in the later filming process.”

“You Have Done Well” (literal name “Life”) is directed by Kim Won Seok, who gained recognition for his delicate directorial skills through works such as “Misaeng”, “Signal”, and “My Mister”, and written by “When the Camellia Blooms” screenwriter Im Sang Choon.

The drama depicts the adventurous life of Ae Soon (IU), a rebellious girl born on Jeju Island in the 1950s, and Gwan Shik (Park Bo Gum), a man who is determined to overcome any obstacle, throughout the four seasons.

Meanwhile, “You Have Done Well” is still in the midst of filming.
