In recent episodes of the star-studding K-drama “Our Blues”, a supporting couple is blowing everyone away with their acting capabilities.

In the series, the two play Bang Yeong Ju and Jung Hyeon, who are both good students with extremely high scores. They are also class representatives and the pride of the school and their families.
Unfortunately, their relationship developed too quickly, resulting in an unplanned pregnancy while both were still in school.

Most remarkable of all though, is the acting of the actors, despite their inexperience. Yoon Seo makes a convincing strong Yeong Ju, while Hyun Sung brings to the show a gentle yet resilient Hyun Sung. Both of the actors manage to faithfully deliver their lines and emotions, while successfully moving the audience with their natural acting that feels neither exaggerated nor half-hearted. They also do not fall behind the more experienced cast members of “Our Blues”, and in fact, look like they have spent years honing their acting instead of being rookies.
Compared to star actors like Kim Woo Bin, Lee Byung Hun, and Shin Min Ah, Bang Yeong Ju and Jung Hyeon shine just as bright. Their storyline in the show makes a deep impression in the audience’s heart, and draws great attention to the series they are in.
After this outstanding performance, hopefully, the duo will be able to establish themselves in the acting field, as well as secure more roles and accomplishments. And may the same happen for their characters in “Our Blues”.
