“Our Beloved Summer” Park Jin-joo revealed she was surprised to be complimented by her friend Park Seo-joon

Actress Park Jin-joo revealed that her friend, actor Park Seo-joon, contacted her during the broadcast of the SBS drama “Our Beloved Summer,” which ended on January 25th.

In an online interview held on the afternoon of January 27th to celebrate the end of “Our Beloved Summer,” Park Jin-joo boasted, “I received a lot of calls from people around me while working on this drama.” 

Park Jin-joo said she felt everyone’s love for “Our Beloved Summer” and added “There were a lot of calls and messages from fellow actors,” adding, “Actors don’t really say ‘good job’ to each other because everyone acts, but this time they all told me I did well. When I received these comments, I thought for the first time, “Did I really do well?”

The actress then said, “It’s Park Seo-joon who told me that I was good,” adding, “I’ve been friends with Park Seo-joon for a long time, but we’ve never talked about work to each other.” “I was surprised to hear that for the first time that day,” she continued.

Park Jin-joo played the role of Lee Sol-i, a bar owner with a cool personality, in “Our Beloved Summer.” With her funny and cool lines, she also earned the nickname “human soda” in this work.
