The drama remake will follow a hotel heiress who can see ghosts and a passionate prosecutor as they team up for a mysterious joint investigation that blurs the line between life and death.

The original Spellbound (2011), starring Son Ye-jin and Lee Min-ki, was a cult hit for its unique blend of horror and romance.

In the remake, Ong Seong-wu will play Kang Min-hwan, the heir to a leading hotel & resort group and the CEO of Raymond Hotel in Jeju Island. His character is described as intelligent, charismatic, and eloquent a man whose gentle exterior hides both ambition and pain.

Actors Park Eun-bin and Yang Se-jong are currently in talks to join the cast as the heiress Cheon Yeo-ri and the prosecutor Ma Kang-wook, respectively.
