Now 80 years old, actress Na Moon Hee is known as the “nation’s grandma” thanks to her roles in various mega-hit K-dramas and hugely popular sitcoms that the entire Korea has heard about. However, her youth was laced with difficulties.
Recently, old photos of Na Moon Hee in her youth have been resurfacing on various SNS platforms. While her appearance has considerably changed with age, most of her features are still extremely recognizable, and her overall vibe was warm and comforting.
Unfortunately, Na Moon Hee’s appearance caused Na Moon Hee a lot of struggles in her career, despite her outstanding acting talent. In fact, while she made her debut at the age of 20, Na Moon Hee was falling behind other actresses of her time, as the public thought she had “lacking visuals”.
