On April 19th, ASTRO Moonbin was found dead at his apartment. The police suspected the idol took his own life. The child-actor-turned-idol’s sudden passing shocks everyone. Not only a talented idol and dancer, but ASTRO Moonbin is also a part of everyone’s childhood memory with his appearance in iconic dramas. At the age of 11, Moonbin played the younger version of So Yi Jung in “Boys Over Flowers.,” whose adult version was portrayed by Kim Bum.

In the drama, Moonbin left a strong impression with an adorable face and natural acting. Viewers remember the most his bright eyes and smile. In the following years, Moonbin appeared in various student-themed dramas, most noticeably, “Moment At Eighteen.”
ASTRO Moonbin was a talented idol and prominent dancer with much potential. Before his death, the idol was set to perform in an upcoming “Dream Concert” as part of the sub-unit, Moonbin&Sanha.
