A post made by an alleged old classmate of FIFTY FIFTY Aran is drawing attention for its “implied meaning”.
On July 14th, a netizen published several pre-debut photos of Aran, a member of girl group FIFTY FIFTY, under the topic “Hello, I’m FIFTY FIFTY Aran’s classmate for 9 years” on a Korean online forum.
According to this netizen, they used to be a “door watcher with 9 years of experience” for Aran, who was in charge of spotting the teacher when Aran did other things.
While the netizen doesn’t clearly state what actions Aran did at school, their remark of “From what I know about Eun Ah (real name of Aran), I will support the CEO (of ATTRAKT) to the end”, aroused a lot of speculation.
The post has since been deleted, and while many suspected Aran of not being a good person due to the netizen’s words, many remain cynical. According to these people, the alleged classmate of Aran never provided any evidence except for some photos which can be obtained, so this may be an attempt to stain the female idol’s name.
On the other hand, Aran’s group, FIFTY FIFTY, recently filed a lawsuit against their agency, ATTRAKT, asking for an injunction to terminate their exclusive contract. While FIFTY FIFTY maintained that ATTRAKT was not transparent in their settlement and terms, the agency accused “external forces” of tempting the girl group with false claims.
