Oh My Girl member Mimi talked about unexpected accidents she faced during broadcasting activities in the past.
Mimi appeared on the July 30th broadcast of KBS 2TV’s “Boss in the Mirror” as a special MC.
When asked about her experience in broadcasting accidents, Mimi replied, “Well, I’ve performed many shows and there were several accidents. There was a time when the music suddenly stopped during the chorus so the members had to continue singing without music”, boasting about Oh My Girl members’ professional skills in dealing with unexpected situations.
Upon hearing that, Kim Hee Chul exclaimed, “That situation was tough for a group”. Jeon Hyun Moo smiled and commented, “You guys handled it well”.
Mimi also mentioned a broadcasting accident she experienced herself. Revealing that she once tripped over something on the stage of a music show, Mimi laughed and said, “There was something on the stage and I tripped over it, but I acted like nothing happened.”
In the video released after that, Mimi walked to the front during a performance and suddenly fell down as she stepped on something. However, she made a natural pose even after falling on the floor then continued the stage, drawing applause from the cast of “Boss in the Mirror”.
Kim Sook couldn’t help but exclaim, “Mimi looks so funny”. However, Mimi honestly confessed, “I was very embarrassed at that time”, drawing laughter.
Meanwhile, Mimi’s group Oh My Girl recently made their comeback with the new song “Summer Comes”.
