KBS 2TV’s “Music Bank” broadcast on May 31st announced NewJeans’s “How Sweet” and aespa’s “Supernova” as nominees for first place.
As a result, the No.1 trophy for the last week of May went to NewJeans. After receiving the trophy and a bouquet of flowers, Minji thanked fans first, saying “NewJeans made a comeback after 10 months. We want to convey our gratitude to our Bunnies (NewJeans’s fandom) who have always waited for us”.
Minji added, “And to our CEO, who always gives us the best support and helps us have a cool comeback”, drawing attention as she mentioned ADOR’s CEO Min Hee-jin.
She continued, “We also want to thank ADOR family, hair and makeup team as well as management staff”.
Lastly, Danielle did not hide her overwhelming affection for CEO Min Hee-jin, saying “Once again, we want to thank our CEO, whom we love and cherish so much. We love you, CEO”. She added, “We’re very happy to be with Bunnies on such a great day. Thank you Bunnies”.
