“New Festa” Lee Sang-soon got a job to avoid Lee Hyo-ri? “Conditions for joining the company: frequent get-togethers and working overtime”
Lee Sang-soon revealed the reason for joining “New Festa” as an employee.
On the first broadcast of JTBC’s “New Festa” which aired on June 7th, YB, Lee Mu-jin, MeloMance, Choi Ye-na, Daybreak, Park Jung-hyun and Dynamic Duo appeared as festers while Lee Sang-soon strongly wanted to eat out and work overtime, causing laughter.
In a warm atmosphere, Yoo Hee-yeol said, “I feel like musicians are going on an MT right now.” Lee Sang-soon made people laugh as he replied, “Are we having a get-together today? I came to this company because of dinner parties and working overtime.”
Yoo Hee-yeol and Yoon Jong-shin provoked laughter by asking, “Lee Sang-soon’s conditions for joining the company are frequent dinner parties and working overtime. I guess he doesn’t want to go home.” Lee Sang-soon confessed, “Rather than not wanting to go home, I want to sleep for a day while I’m in Seoul.”
Yoo Hee-yeol said, “He hates it the most when the recording ends early.” Yoon Do-hyun made everyone burst into laughter because he did not understand Yoo Hee-yeol and Yoon Jong-shin’s inner meaning, “It’s hard to go back and forth between Jeju Island and Seoul.”
Meanwhile, MeloMance’s stage was revealed on this day, and MeloMance had a “singing time” together with everybody. After seeing the stage, Yoo Hee-yeol drew laughter as he said, “I’m angry about that. We sing it together, but the pitch is too high.”
MeloMance sang Park Hyo-shin’s “Yearning”, saying, “It’s an honor to be with New Festa.” The festers applauded MeloMance’s performance in admiration. Park Jung-hyun told MeloMance Kim Min-seok, “The song is difficult, but your expression is very comfortable. You sing it so casually.” In response, Yoo Hee-yeol drew laughter by saying, “That’s why his nickname is ‘Undisturbed comfort’.”
Dynamic Duo Choiza caused laughter as he added, “The stage is really cool, but they were nervous like test takers.” MeloMance sympathized with Park Jung-hyun, “We think we know why you were shy earlier.” MeloMance selected Kim Sang-min’s “You” as the encore song.
On this day, YB’s stage was unveiled and received a warm response. Yoon Do-hyun chose “After Sending You” as the encore song, saying, “Our concert originally has a lot of sing-alongs. Let’s try crowd-singing.” Accordingly, the festers sang together at the top of their voices, then chose “It Must Have Been Love”. The festers sang together once again, drawing laughter.
