Netflix’s “Black Knight” has unveiled its main poster on April 20th, featuring the appearance of the protagonist, Kim Woo Bin.
“Black Knight” is an SF series that takes place in the future Korean Peninsula, depicting a desolate world where people cannot live without oxygen due to severe air pollution.
Kim Woo Bin plays the legendary Black Knight who delivers necessities to people while standing up against the Cheonmyeong Group that dominates the world.
The poster depicts delivery men who have become the protectors of everyone, going beyond the simple delivery of oxygen and necessities.
Kim Woo Bin, along with others, wore black masks and flipped black hats. They are all “Black Knights,” raising expectations for their exploits.
Kim Woo Bin introduced the English title “Black Knight” of the series, saying, “During the day, we deliver packages in our respective areas like regular delivery men.”
He added, “At night, we help refugees’ lives and think together about how we can all live well together.“
Director Jo Eui Seok explained, “It’s not your typical Black Knight. I thought of naming the organization of selected delivery men as the Black Knights.“
Meanwhile, “Black Knight” will be released on Netflix on May 12th.
