Netflix’s “Sweet Home” season 2 will be produced.
According to multiple broadcasting officials on Dec 24th, Netflix’s original series “Sweet Home” season 2 will be produced in 2022. Actor Song Kang, who was the main character of season 1, will also appear in season 2.
Netflix’s “Sweet Home“, which was released in December 2020, is a Korean apocalyptic horror streaming television series that depicts the bizarre story of Cha Hyun-soo (Song Kang), a reclusive high school student who leaves his home and moves into an apartment after an unexpected family tragedy. Song Kang, Lee Jin-wook, Lee Si-young, Lee Do-hyun, Kim Nam-hee, Go Min-si, Park Gyu-young, Go Yoon-jung, Kim Kap-soo and Kim Sang-ho participated in season 1.
Immediately after its release, “Sweet Home” took third place in the global streaming rankings on Flix Patrol, which compiles Netflix TV program rankings. In particular, it ranked seventh in the top rankings in the United States, informing the world of Korean contents’ power before “Squid Game”.
