The main trailer for Netflix’s original series “D.P. 2” has been released.
On June 27th, Netflix’s official YouTube channel released the main trailer for “D.P. 2”. The trailer began with Kim Roo Ri (Moon Sang Hoon), a friend of Jo Suk Bong (Cho Hyun Chul), who became a victim of military cruel treatment in “D.P.”, spraying bullets in the barracks.
Subsequently, with the appearance of Han Ho Yeol (Koo Kyo Hwan) and Ahn Joon Ho (Jung Hae In), who worked as “D.P” group in season 1, as well as Park Beom Gu (Kim Sung Kyun) and Im Ji Sup (Son Suk Ku), who were transferred in season 1, “D.P” group’s reunion was heralded.
Next, soldiers who suffered cruel treatment in the army, the bereaved family holding the portrait of their son who died unfairly, and Jo Suk Bong, who deserted due to cruel treatment in season 1, appeared in turn, foretelling more acrimonious criticisms towards irregularities occurring within the military.
“D.P. 2” is a follow-up to the six-episode drama “D.P.” released in 2021. It tells the story of a team of Korean military police with their mission to catch deserters.
Jung Hae In, Koo Kyo Hwan, Kim Sung Kyun and Son Suk Ku will continue to appear following the previous work. Ji Jin Hee and Choi Hyun Wook will join as new actors. “D.P. 2” will be released on Netflix on July 28th with a total of 6 episodes.
