According to reports by The Sun and other outlets, 29-year-old model Natasha Crown underwent multiple surgeries to achieve her extreme look. Standing at 185 cm, Crown confessed that she became obsessed with curvier body proportions as a teenager, beginning her BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) journey in her early 20s. Fat was repeatedly extracted from her abdomen, thighs, and waist, then transferred to her buttocks. Her goal is to exceed a 100-inch hip circumference (about 2.5 meters).
BBL, which involves transferring fat from other body areas into the buttocks, is considered one of the most dangerous cosmetic surgeries worldwide. The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) warns that the procedure carries risks such as fat embolism, infection, skin necrosis, and hemorrhagic shock, with a reported fatality rate of about 1 in 3,000 cases.

Despite these risks, Crown remains undeterred. “I love getting procedures, so I have no concerns about health,” she declared, adding that she plans to continue undergoing surgeries to further enhance her figure.
Crown’s pre-surgery images quickly went viral, with many netizens commenting that she looked “more natural and beautiful before.” Critics argue that toxic beauty standards fueled by social media are pushing young people toward dangerous surgical choices, raising concerns about the rise of cosmetic surgery addiction.
Medical experts also caution that repeated fat grafting can damage blood vessels, cause excessive scar tissue buildup, and trigger chronic inflammation. While cosmetic surgery can alter appearance, they warn that extreme and repeated body modifications can severely harm both physical and mental health.
