“Narco-Saints” actor is accused of sexually harassing an employee of a theater company

An actor in his 50s who appeared in Netflix’s “Narco-Saints” was sent to the prosecution on charges of sexually harassing an employee of a theater company in her 20s.

Channel A reported on Sep 28th that A is being accused of sexually harassing victim B after having a dinner with employees of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in April.

Immediately after the incident, B reported the damage through the grievance counseling room of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts and sued A for forced indecent act.

A was questioned by the police and sent to the prosecution in June with an opinion of indictment. Through its own investigation, the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts held a personnel committee meeting in July and dismissed A, who was a member of the company. A claimed that he was unfair and requested a retrial, but the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts maintained the decision of dismissal.

Meanwhile, A told Channel A, “I held hands with the victim, but I’ve never sexually harassed her. I’ll explain through the prosecution’s investigation.”

A is an actor who has been active in the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts for over 20 years and is said to have appeared in a minor role in Netflix’s “Narco-Saints“.
