Nana revealed fitness habits and diet secrets behind her stunning physique

Actress Nana (real name Im Jin Ah, 32) disclosed her habits and secrets for maintaining a jaw-dropping physique.

On March 23rd, Nana appeared in a video uploaded to the official channel of W Korea. Here, the actress can be seen saying, “I try to exercise every day if possible. I mainly focus on strength training. I don’t do cardio every day. Sometimes when my face is swollen or my weight has increased, I do it for 20 minutes once or twice a week.”

However, the actress also mentioned that she does not do heavy weight muscle training. “I mostly focus on bodyweight exercises,” Nana said, adding, “Sometimes when I wear gloves while lifting weights, my strength increases two or three times.”

Regarding her diet, Nana revealed, “I don’t have a specific diet, but I try not to eat late-night snacks and reduce excessive sugar intake. I try to consume sugar mainly from fruits and vegetables.”

Meanwhile, Nana will meet global viewers through the new Netflix series “Mask Girl”. “Mask Girl” is a story about an ordinary office worker, Kim Mo Mi. When she was a child, Mo Mi dreamed of performing on stage, but as she aged, she became “ugly”. However, she is still proud of her body, so she often does live broadcasts while wearing a mask, only to get involved in an unexpected case.
