“My Demon” Drops Still Cut Hinting At Song Kang’s Pleasant Chemistry With Jo Hye-joo & Heo Jung-do
Song Kang, Jo Hye-joo and Heo Jung-do will present pleasant bickering moments
On November 14th, the production team of SBS’s new Fri-Sat drama “My Demon” unveiled still cuts showing Jung Gu-won (Song Kang), Jin Ga-young (Jo Hye-joo) and Park Bok-gyu (Heo Jung-do).
“My Demon” is a fantasy romcom depicting the story that takes place when devilish chaebol heiress Do Do-hee (Kim Yoo-jung) and Jung Gu-won, a demon who temporarily loses his powers, get married on a contract. A contract with the demon can either give you limited happiness or lead you to hell. The romance of taking the soul as a guarantee with a sweet but dangerous demon will definitely excite viewers. In addition to Kim Yoo-jung and Song Kang, the cast also consists of Lee Sang-yi, Kim Hae-sook, Jo Hye-joo, Kim Tae-hoon, Jo Yeon-hee, Lee Yoon-ji, Kang Seung-ho, Seo Jung-yeon, Heo Jung-do, etc.
The still cuts recently released by the production team show Jung Gu-won, Jin Ga-young, and Park Bok-gyu gathering in the Chairman’s Office of Sunwol Foundation. Jin Ga-young and Park Bok-gyu look at Jung Gu-won with a curious look. Jung Gu-won’s soulless eyes when looking at the other two people make viewers wonder what they are talking about.
In an individual photo, Jin Ga-young tries to show affection for Jung Gu-won. In the meantime, Park Bok-gyu’s expression is also ambiguous. Although they often bicker, Park Bok-gyu is a loyal butler who help Jung Gu-won disguise himself as a human.
In this drama, Song Kang plays Jung Gu-won, a perfect and deadly demon. This character has enjoyed an eternal life by making sweet but dangerous transactions with his soul as a guarantee to someone whose present life is hell. He is currently the Chairman of Sunwol Foundation. Having been ruling the predators, regardless of humans, for more than 200 years, he suddenly becomes entangled with a strange woman called ‘Do Do-hee’ and loses his powers for a short time.
Jo Hye-joo played by Jin Ga-young is a representative dancer of Sunwol Foundation whose speciality is traditional double-sword martial arts. Considering herself as the only ‘pet human’ of Jung Gu-won, she suddenly appears and dislikes Do Do-hee, who becomes attached to Jung Gu-won. In addition, Park Bok-gyu (Heo Jung-do) is Jung Gu-won’s butler and a director of Sunwol Foundation. If Do Do-hee has her new secretary (Seo Jung-yeon), then Gu-won has Park Bok-gyu, the first contractor. As such, the chemistry between Song Kang and Seo Jung-do is highly anticipated.

“My Demon” will premiere at 10 p.m. on November 24th after “The Escape of the Seven” ends.
