Mother of Kris Wu Caught Attempting to Secretly Sell Son’s Car

A Chinese car broker recently posted a photo on social media with the caption, “Fan’s car.” “Fan” is an abbreviation of Kris’s Chinese name, “Wu Yi Fan.” Since Kris was unable to use his full name “Wu Yi Fan” online due to his arrest for a sex crime, he used the abbreviated form “Fan” instead.

According to the broker, the car in question was sold by Kris’s mother on her behalf, and although the regular price is 15.35 million yuan (approximately 2.91742 billion won), it was listed for half that price, 6 million yuan (approximately 1.14048 billion won).

After leaving EXO, Kris moved to China and pursued local activities. However, in 2021, he was arrested on charges of sexually assaulting multiple women, including minors, and was sentenced to a total of 13 years, including 11 years and 6 months in prison for rape and 1 year and 10 months for group indecency. After serving his sentence, he will be deported and sent to his home country, Canada.
