The photos showed the actress taking selfies inside a moving car while on her way to the event.

What especially caught fans’ attention was her visibly slimmer face compared to her recent appearance on tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block.” Her sharp jawline and refined visuals quickly became a hot topic among netizens.
During her previous appearance on the program, Moon Geun Young candidly spoke about her concerns regarding weight gain. She shared, “I enjoy eating so much that gaining weight has become a concern for me.” She also explained that she had been following a diet plan and staying active through rehearsals and performances, saying, “The play requires a lot of physical movement, so that’s basically become my exercise.”

Back in 2017, the actress was diagnosed with acute compartment syndrome, a rare condition caused by dangerous pressure buildup affecting muscles, nerves, and blood vessels, potentially leading to severe tissue damage.
