Min Hee-jin Wore NewJeans Merch to Police Station, Prices Already Rising?

The outfit worn by Min Hee-jin as she showed at the police station, which is related to NewJeans, is already witnessing rises in price. 

On July 9, Min Hee-jin, the CEO of ADOR and producer of girl group NewJeans, made an appearance at the police station for an investigation into allegations of breach of duty, and her outfit has once again become a hot topic.

In particular, at around 1:30 PM (KST), Min Hee-jin appeared at the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul wearing a white short-sleeve shirt and a black ball cap.

The shirt she wore is a collaboration product released last May by the group NewJeans and Japanese street fashion mogul Hiroshi Fujiwara.

The names of the NewJeans members are written on the back of the shirt. As of 2 PM (KST) today, this shirt was being traded for about 90,000 won (approx. 65 USD) on a resale platform, but by 7 PM, after Min Hee-jin appearance, its price rose to 110,000 won (approx 80 USD).

In April, when Min Hee-jin held her first press conference amid internal conflicts with HYBE, the outfit she wore became a huge online sensation and sold out. This look was also later referred to as the “Min Hee-jin Core Look.”

Meanwhile, regarding the allegations of breach of duty, Min confidently addressed the press, saying, “I believe the truth will be revealed,” while firmly denying the charges and showing a relaxed smile.
