Mija explained why she visited Dr. Oh Eun-young’s show. It is known that she has been under the pressure of having a child from her mother after she married comedian Kim Tae-hyun. Mija said, “My mother-in-law is rather cool. She told me to have a child when I want, but my mom pressured me from the 20th day after my marriage. Hearing this, Dr. Oh Eun Young cautiously said, “The mother-daughter relationship changes a bit after marriage. Many conflicts may also arise”, adding “Becoming a mother can give you many stresses.”

Mija also confessed that her parents forced her to protect her chastity before marriage, and that they had never given her proper sex education. “Since childhood, my family has drilled into my head how important it is to remain ‘pure’ until marriage. If I have a boyfriend or a fling, things will get messy”, she recalled when she first received sex education at a meal at the age of 39 before her marriage. Mija honestly said, “I had never experienced sex education before, and kept being told to not receive it”.
