Blockberry Creative will debut a new boy group in 2023.
On March 15th, Blockberry Creative announced a full-fledged start by unexpectedly releasing a poster for the global audition project called “Boy Of The Month” (LOONA’s boy group version), which recruits new boy group members to debut in 2023, through the official SNS.
In the poster, there is a clear man’s footprint on the surface of the moon. This suggests that a new story about the boy group, the main character of this project, will begin. In particular, the line “We’re looking for boys to join us on a great journey in the silent sea” implies the selection of members through an audition, raising expectations for the debut of a rookie boy group.
Blockberry Creative is expected to speed up preparations for the boy group with the goal of debuting in 2023 by recruiting applicants with both music talents and charms through this global audition project. Previously, Blockberry Creative created a sensation in the K-pop industry by successfully launching the girl group LOONA in 2018 through an unconventional and refreshing debut project that sequentially unveils one member each month.
