tvN’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “Little Women”, which will premiere on September 3rd, unveiled still cuts of Park Ji-hoo, who appears as Oh In-hye, the youngest among the three sisters. Her deep eyes and calm face with not many emotions raise the viewers’ curiosity about the story of the youngest sister Oh In-hye.

“Little Women” depicts the story of three sisters, who are poor but close to each other, facing the wealthiest and most powerful family in Korea. The process of the three sisters, who have been swept away by a big incident, solving the homework of their life called “money” is expected to thrill the viewers.

With the collaboration of screenwriter Chung Seo-kyung, who has shown off her amazing writing skills through movies “The Handmaiden”, “Decision to Leave” and drama “Mother”, and director Kim Hee-won, who received recognition for his directing skills through “Vincenzo” and “The Crowned Clown”, “Little Women” is making drama fans even more excited. In particular, expectations for the chemistry between Kim Go-eun, Nam Ji-hyun, and Park Ji-hoo, who will portray the story of three sisters who are trying to rise from the lowest and darkest place to the highest and brightest place, are also high.

In the meantime, the appearance of the youngest sister Oh In-hye (Park Ji-hoo), who shows sensitive emotions in the released still cuts, attracts keen attention. Oh In-hye shows her sincerity and deep affection for painting while immersing herself in it. Her calm and empty expressions stimulate fans’ curiosity about the inner feelings that she has been hidden from her sisters.

The youngest Oh In-hye, who receives huge love from the first sister Oh In-joo (Kim Go-eun) and the second sister Oh In-kyung (Nam Ji-hyun), boasts impressive talent that is not exaggerated to call her “painting genius”. Even in her poor circumstances, she manages to enter a prestigious arts high school only with her skills and pursues her dream. However, seeing a glimpse of the world that is different from the vague reality she has been living in, Oh In-hye begins to dream a bigger dream. The viewers are looking forward to what storms will she face while trying to learn how to live on her own away from her sisters.

Expressing extraordinary passion for her character, Park Ji-hoo shared, “I’m very happy and thankful. I wanted to play Oh In-hye and grow up together with her. I read and thought about the script several times. While practicing the lines, I thought I was fighting with myself, and when the filming started, I found out the new side of me that I didn’t know before through Oh In-hye’s diverse emotions.”

Park Ji-hoo said she learned arts in order to play Oh In-hye, who expresses her inner self through paintings as a genius who is full of artistic sensibilities. The actress said, “Although Oh In-hye is the youngest sister, she is mature and realistic because she grew up early. Sometimes this aspect of her hurt the older sisters”, explaining her character. Park Ji-hoo added, “She feels grateful and sorry to her sisters, who sacrificed for her. Therefore, she is a character who tries to run on her own. I also tried to make this point feel more convincing on the screen.”
