Lim Ji Yeon’s photos filled with “The Glory” comments, “Ji Yeon, did you check the heat of the iron?”

The reactions of netizens regarding Lim Ji Yeon’s latest Instagram update posed great troubles to the actress. 

Lim Ji Yeon recently posted several photos on Instagram with the caption, “I got a perm”. The published photos show Lim Ji Yeon, who recently changed her hairstyle to a permed style. In addition, Lim Ji Yeon attracted attention by revealing her innocent yet sophisticated appearance. 

However, the comments under Lim Ji Yeon’s post keep mentioning Ji Yeon’s role in “The Glory” instead of the actress herself. Under her post, netizens continuously left words like, “Did you check the heat of the curling iron, Yeon Jin?”, “It would be no joke if Yeon Jin held a straightener and took a picture“, “Yeon Jin, have you ever lost your precious curls?”, and “I’m getting withered and dying, and you’re hanging out with a perm. You’re amazing, Yeon Jin.”

It is known that Lim Ji Yeon assumed the role of Park Yeon Jin in “The Glory”, who used a hot hair curler to burn her classmate, Moon Dong Eun (Song Hye Kyo). 

It seems that “The Glory”-related comments are bothering Lim Ji Yeon, as the actress mentioned this in a Vlog video published on January 25th on the official YouTube channel of her company. 

In the video, Lim Ji Yeon can be seen complaining to her hair stylist, “People keep sending me pictures of curling irons. What should I do?”

The actress also added, “My friends also send pictures of curling irons to group chats and say, ‘Ji Yeon ah, why can’t I get in touch?”
