Lee Yoo Bi’s eye-catching outfit at her sister Lee Da In’s wedding draws mixed reactions

At the wedding of Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In, the bride’s older sister Lee Yoo Bi stood out with her unique presence.

At Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In’s wedding held on April 7th, there were no specific dress codes for the guests. However, it is considered basic manners in Korea to not excessively outshine the married couple, especially the bride, with one’s own fashion sense.

Nonetheless, Lee Yoo Bi did not hide her exceptional fashion sense even on her sister’s wedding day.

On the afternoon of April 7th (KST), numerous stars gathered at the Grand Intercontinental Seoul Parnas Hotel in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to congratulate Lee Seung Gi and Lee Yoo Bi on their future together.

Lee Yoo Bi was also present to support her younger sister’s new beginning.

In photos of the wedding released online, Lee Yoo Bi is seen standing next to her mother (actress Kyeon Miri) before the ceremony to welcome the guests. Her caring attitude towards her younger sister who was getting married before her was heartwarming.

However, what caught many netizens’ attention online after the wedding was Lee Yoo Bi’s outfit.

Due to her pink outfit that perfectly matched from head to toe, there were comments that Lee Yoo Bi stood out more than the bride herself, and some even criticized her as a “disruptive guest”.

Some Korean netizens showed surprise at her outfit, writing on online communities, “Lee Yoo Bi’s outfit is stealing the show…”, “Her dress is more eye-catching than the bride’s”, “All she wears is pink”, “Is it okay to dress like that at your younger sister’s wedding?”, “She wore Chanel from head to toe…”

On the other hand, some also commented that “it’s okay because they are family”, “Even if it looks bold in the photo, it is common for family members to dress this brightly at weddings”, “I don’t see any problem with it”.

Lee Yoo Bi was born in 1990 and made her debut in 2011 through the MBN sitcom “Vampire Idol”. She is also an influencer with 1.28 million followers on Instagram.

Fans can look forward to seeing her in the upcoming drama “7 Escape”, scheduled to air in September.
