Lee Seung Gi sang “Will You Marry Me” for his wife Lee Da In at their wedding

Actor-singer Lee Seung Gi performed “Will You Marry Me” for actress Lee Da In, who officially becomes his wife starting today.

On April 7th, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In held their wedding ceremony at 6 p.m. at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas Hotel in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.

The wedding was directed by actor Son Ji Chang, a close friend of actress Kyeon Mi Ri, who is Lee Da In’s mother and Lee Seung Gi’s mother-in-law. Yoo Jae Suk and Lee Soo Geun took turns hosting two parts of the wedding ceremony. Singers Lee Juck and Lee Hong Ki sang congratulatory songs to celebrate the special day of the couple.

The star-studded guest lineup includes broadcasters Lee Kyung Kyu, Kang Ho Dong, actors Yoo Yeon Seok, Han Hyo Joo, Lee Se Young, Lee Jung Seop, Lee Dong Hwi, Lee Sang Yoon, Kim Nam Gil, singers Gil, Super Junior Kyuhyun & Eunhyuk, Lee Hong Ki, Yook Sung Jae, Seventeen Joshua & Hoshi, comedian Yang Se Hyung, designer Park Seol Nyeo, etc.

In the second part of the wedding, Lee Seung Gi sang “Will You Marry Me” dedicated to his bride Lee Da In. In response, Lee Da In reportedly sang a small part, making Lee Seung Gi smile happily.

Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In revealed their romantic relationship in May 2021 and became a representative couple in the entertainment industry. The two are known to have developed into lovers through playing golf. After two years of dating publicly, the two officially tied the knot.

Although breakup rumors surfaced several times, Lee Seung Gi confirmed their strong love by announcing their marriage and received warm congratulations. 

The couple decided to not go on a honeymoon but focused on their acting activities after marriage. Lee Seung Gi will begin his Asia tour concert in May. After the Seoul show, he will spend time with fans in Tokyo, Osaka, Taipei, and Manila.

Lee Da In is expected to join MBC’s new drama “Lovers” and make her comeback on the small screen after three years since SBS’s “Alice”.
