Lee Seo Jin to challenge an intense gangster character transformation in new drama

Actor Lee Seo Jin will take on an intense acting transformation challenge.

According to SPOTV News on April 5th, Lee Seo Jin will appear in the new drama “I, a gangster, became a high school student” (literal title).

Based on a popular BL web novel of the same name “I, a gangster, became a high school student” depicts the story that starts when gangster Kim Deuk Pal, a high school dropout whose lifelong wish was to attend school, tries to save a boy named Song Yi Heon who attempts to make an extreme choice after suffering school violence but ends up possessing Yi Heon’s body.

Lee Seo Jin will be playing Kim Deuk Pal, a gangster who wishes to enter the university gate, and adds strength to the work despite his short but intense special appearance. Lee Seo Jin is expected to lead the beginning of the drama well with solid acting skills as the story begins with Kim Deuk Pal dying in a traffic accident while trying to save the boy.

In particular, Lee Seo Jin, who is known for his outstanding performances that flutter female fans’ hearts in various series, such as “Damo”, “Phoenix”, “Lovers”, “Yi San”, and “Marriage Contract”, will challenge himself with an intense gangster character and showcases his transformation as an actor through this work.
