Lee Na-eun Resumes Acting Activities Through “Flex X Cop” Following Dating Rumors With Lee Kang-in

Episode 6 of “Flex X Cop”, which aired on February 17th, showed chaebol detective Jin Yi-soo (Ahn Bo-hyun), Lee Kang-hyun (Park Ji-hyun), Park Joon-young (Kang Sang-joon), Choi Kyung-joon (Kim Shin-bi) and Lee Hyung-joon (Kwon Hae-hyo) joining forces to catch the criminals in the serial murder of elderly people living alone.

In particular, Han Yu-ra (Lee Na-eun) met Jin Yi-soo for the first time in this episode, drawing attention. Although her part lasted for only 1 minute, Lee Na-eun still aroused keen interest because this was her comeback on the small screen after three years.

Lee Na-eun made her debut as a member of the girl group April in 2015. After starring in the web drama “A-Teen” and MBC’s “Extraordinary You”, she began carrying out both singing and acting activities.

April officially disbanded in January 2022 due to a school violence controversy. Earlier, April members were accused of bullying former member Lee Hyun-joo but they denied the allegations, resulting in a legal battle. The prosecutor dropped the case, but in the aftermath of the controversy, Lee Na-eun withdrew from SBS’s “Taxi Driver” cast in March 2021 and suspended her activities. She signed an exclusive contract with Namoo Actors in June 2022 and announced her comeback.

Returning with “Flex X Cop”, Lee Na-eun is also filming the new action thriller drama “i Shopping”, starring Yum Jung-ah, Won Jin-ah, and Dex.

Last month, rumors of Lee Na-eun dating football player Lee Kang-in broke out last month. The actress’s agency denied the two’s romantic relationship, emphasizing that they are only close acquaintances. Even when the rumors of their breakup spread, the agency maintained the same position. Despite the denial from Lee Na-eun’s side, many football fans still poured malicious comments on the actress’s SNS.
