Lee Kwang-soo expressed his feelings after leaving “Running Man.”
On Mar 31st, Kim Jong-kook‘s YouTube channel “GYM Jong Kook” posted a video titled “A Giraffe in the Tiger’s Cave.”
The guest of the day was Lee Kwang-soo. As soon as Lee Kwang-soo came in, Kim Jong-guk scolded him, “Why do you dress up so fancily like this?” Lee Kwang-soo said, “I just know that you would say something as soon as I walk in. Still, it’s my first time meeting your subscribers,” Kim Jong-kook replied, “It’s not your first time. You have been mentioned a lot.” In response, Lee Kwang-soo said, “Is it wrong of me to go to the make-up salon early in the morning?”
Lee Kwang-soo said, “In fact, I have contacted him a few times before because I wanted to appear on his channel, but he didn’t intend to call me. Actually, I got his call last night. What kind of show invite guests however they want like that? If I said I have filming schedule, he said he would go to the filming site,” and if I said “I’m preparing to move to another house,” he said it would be fun. Is that confortable to you?” he said with an empty laugh, showing how speechless he was.
Kim Jong-kook then asked Lee Kwang-soo‘s thoughts after leaving “Running Man.” Kim Jong-kook said, “There was a comment saying that the show was not fun because Lee Kwang-soo doesn’t appear anymore, and they would stop watching,” to which Lee Kwang-soo joked, “I posted that comment.” In response, Kim Jong-kook asked again, “Are you sad that ‘Running Man’ is still doing well despite such a comment?” and Lee Kwang-soo said, “Not at all. I left that comment to finish the story.”
“However, while watching Running Man, I has thought about how I wanted to appear again and ‘I would have done well if I had continued to appear,’” Lee Kwang-soo said, “Those thoughts don’t disappear. When Kim Yeon-kyung came out, I didn’t think it would be fun because of me, but I thought it would have been fun for me to do it. I heard (Kim Yeon-kyung) is similar to how I looked back when I had a long hair.”
Recently, “Hangout with Yoo” and “Running Man” is keeping each other in check. Kim Jong-guk said, “Their producer is from Anyang and is a year younger than me. I has thought that he fortunately was not from my school and maybe he was my brother’s junior, and I am correct.”
In response, Lee Kwang-soo said, “If I graduated from your school, I would have taken “Hangout with Yoo”’s side over “running Man”. That’s how important it is to maintain your relationship at school,”. Kim Jong-kook also added, “Since he is from Anyang, I want to meet and talk with him personally.”
