Lee Jung-hyun, “3 months after childbirth, I cut down on carbohydrates and lost 14kg” (Omniscient Interfering View)

“Omniscient Interfering View” Lee Jung-hyun revealed her recent status after giving birth.

Singer/actress/author Lee Jung-hyun appeared on MBC’s “Omniscient Interfering View”, which aired on the evening of August 20th.

On the broadcast, Lee Jung-hyun revealed her whereabouts, saying “I gave birth to a baby. It’s been 3 months now”.

Revealing that she lost 14kg after giving birth, Lee Jung-hyun confessed, “I cut down on carbohydrates. I ate only vegetables and protein with a fist of multigrain rice so my weight kept decreasing.”

When the 100-day cake prepared by Lee Jung-hyun herself was mentioned, she humbly replied, “I didn’t learn baking so the shape is not so pretty.”
