Actress Lee Ji Ah revealed the behind-the-scenes story of how she managed to have super well-defined abs.
On April 8th, a video titled “How can someone be this perfect..!? Ready! JIAH” was published on the official YouTube channel of BH Entertainment, Lee Ji Ah’s agency.
In the video, the behind-the-scenes footage of Lee Ji Ah while filming for the drama “Pandora: Beneath the Paradise” was revealed. Here, the actress’ abs were mentioned as she was getting her makeup fixed.
In particular, Lee Ji Ah asked a staff member, “Can you bring my phone please? I haven’t shown you my abs yet?”, before proudly showing off a photo of her abs.
The photo in question clearly flaunts Lee Ji Ah’s sharply defined abs, drawing astonishment.
When the staff member was surprised and asked, “This is you?”, Lee Ji Ah replied, “This is me. That’s my phone” and pointed out that the phone in the photo was the same as hers, eliciting laughter.
What are her tips for building solid abs? When asked about her diet routine, Lee Ji Ah said, “I eat less sugar and carbs. I eat no fat for a little while. I’ve been eating nothing but protein. Even to this day, I drastically reduced my sugar intake. The candy I’m eating now is zero-sugar”, drawing admiration. When the staff commented, “Is that why you seem even brighter than usual? Because you’ve been sticking to your strict diet?”, she smiled brightly.

Meanwhile, Lee Ji Ah is starring in tvN’s Sat-Sun drama “Pandora: Beneath the Paradise”. It’s a revenge drama about a woman, who enjoys a life that everyone envies after forgetting everything in an unfortunate accident, trying to punish those who controlled her fate after recovering her memories.
