Lee Hyo-ri To Become New MC For Music Talk Show “The Seasons”

Singer Lee Hyo-ri will become the new host of KBS 2TV’s late-night music program “The Seasons”

According to a broadcasting official on December 18th, Lee Hyo-ri is currently discussing details and arranging schedules to take on the MC position for the new season of “The Seasons”. The title and format of the program have not been decided yet.

“The Seasons” is a seasonal music program in which singers represent shows that incorporate their own individuality. Previous seasons are “Jay Park’s Drive” from February to April, and “Jannabi Choi Jung-hoon’s Night Park” from May to August. AKMU has been greeting the audience through “Long Day, Long Night” since September until now.

Lee Hyo-ri is reportedly considering introducing a different concept through this program. This is her first time hosting a late-night music talk show. Earlier in October, she guested on “Long Day, Long Night With AKMU” and revealed various pleasant stories. After seeing Lee Hyo-ri communicate with the audiences through performances with her unique charisma and witty talks, the production team made a lot of effort to recruit her as their new MC.

Meanwhile, the new season of “The Seasons” is expected to air as early as January. The production team plans to air “Long Day, Long Night” hosted by AKMU until August 22nd and record begin recording the new season after the broadcast rearrangement.
