Lee Hyo-ri shared, “I didn’t eat anything until dinner during the promotion for ‘10 Minutes’ and overworked my body”

Singer Lee Hyo-ri recalled the days of her promotion for the song “10 Minutes”.

The new broadcast of TVing’s original program “Seoul Check-in”, which was released on May 6th, shows Lee Hyo-ri’s friends from Jeju Island visiting Seoul.

While driving the car to pick up her friends, Lee Hyo-ri said, “They intended to call a taxi since I’m promoting for ‘Seoul Check-in’ but I said I would come to pick them up. My friends were really surprised”, drawing laughter.

Later, while having dinner with her friends, Lee Hyo-ri confessed, “In the past, I didn’t eat much because I was afraid that my belly would be seen when I wore cropped tops. But even when I didn’t eat anything, my belly was still revealed”, making everyone laugh again.

She shared, “During the promotion for ‘10 Minutes’, I woke up at 7-8 a.m and went to broadcasting stations for rehearsals. I didn’t eat anything after then until 4-5 p.m. Now that when I think of it again, it seems like I overworked my body too much when I was young”.

Lee Hyo-ri and her friends took a yoga photoshoot together. Regarding yoga exercises, Lee Hyo-ri said, “If I didn’t do yoga, my body and mind would have been so empty and weak”. She also explained, “After going through the process of learning and teaching yoga, I had no time to feel empty”.

Lee Hyo-ri continued, “People feel empty when losing their role and value, isn’t it? I also wonder ‘Am I not important? Am I that kind of person?’.”

She expressed her opinion, saying, “My mother-in-law often makes a lot of side dishes. I want to tell her not to do so if she finds it tiring, but I think it’s her pleasure to make side dishes and send them to us. I believe it’s important to make other people feel that I’m also a helpful person”.
