Wavve announced that they will exclusively release online MBC’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “May I Help You”, which is scheduled to premiere today (Oct 19th).
“May I Help You” is a SF fantasy romance drama about Butler Kim (Lee Jun-young), a man who replaces errands that start at 100 won per day, and Baek Dong-ju (Lee Hye-ri), a funeral director who grants the wishes of the dead.
Baek Dong-ju, a funeral instructor with a mysterious ability to talk to the dead by touching their hands, refuses to be destined for the ability that she does not know whether it is a blessing or a curse, but the more she resists, the more misfortune she receives. In the end, Baek Dong-ju, who became a wish-solver, starts a mutual aid project with Butler Kim, a master of the errand industry.
The fresh material of “funeral director” and the unique setting of superpowers unfold a touching healing episode unique to “May I Help You”. The romance between Baek Dong-ju and Butler Kim, who grant everyone’s wishes beyond life and death, is also expected to bring warm excitement.
Actress Lee Hye-ri, who previously work with Wavve in the exclusive drama “Moonshine,” will perform as Baek Dong-ju, a “daily butler” this time. Actor Lee Joon-young, who plays the role of butler Kim, is expected to present a tiki-taka chemistry with “The Three-People Ildangbaek.”
