Lee Da-in Celebrates Wedding Anniversary While Husband Lee Seung-gi Is Criticized Due To MC Mong’s Remarks

On April 7th, Lee Da-in released several wedding photos on her personal SNS account with the caption, “Happy first wedding anniversary. Please continue taking care of me. It was an exciting day and we took many beautiful pictures… Of course, it was just me”. The visuals of Lee Da-in and Lee Seung-gi, who married in April last year, caught the eyes of fans.

The two became parents in February this year when Lee Da-in gave birth to their first child. At that time, the actress uploaded a photo of their daughter’s feet with the caption, “We became a family of three”.

Amid the happy celebration of their wedding anniversary, Lee Seung-gi recently faced an issue that affected his image negatively. MC Mong recently had an interview as a key witness in the trial of Ahn Sung-hyun and Kang Jong-hyun’s “coin listing bribery” and he mentioned Lee Seung-gi several times.

Accordingly, MC Mong revealed that Lee Seung-gi introduced him to Ahn Sung-hyun and disclosed his conversation with Kang Jong-hyun and Lee Seung-gi. Regarding the suspicion that Lee Seung-gi received 2% of the shares in Big Planet Made for free, MC Mong explained, “At that time, the CEOs of Big Planet Made wanted to work with Lee Seung-gi, so the purpose was to recruit him”, adding “Lee Seung-gi never wanted to own that 2%. This point is very important. The reason they gave 2% to Lee Seung-gi was that they liked his content and wanted to thank him for connecting them. Lee Seung-gi never asked for 2%”.

With Lee Seung-gi’s name being mentioned in the trial over coin listing bribery, it was inevitable that his image would be affected. However, the actor’s management agency has not released any statement in this regard.
