On July 6th, a video titled ‘Singer who steals from her mom’s wallet to dance well’ was uploaded on the YouTube channel ‘New Face.’ The guest was Chaeyeon.
The host asked Chaeyeon, “Do you have any tips for dancing like a feather?” Chaeyeon replied, “The less the foot touches the ground, the lighter you feel.“
When asked about her practice secrets, Chaeyeon said, “Don’t you lift your heels when you secretly steal money from your mom’s wallet?“
The host pressed further, “So, did you practice dancing lightly by stealing from your mom’s wallet?” Chaeyeon admitted, “I did steal a few times. Not much, just once or twice.”
The host mentioned the rumor, “I heard Chaeyeon has a habit of stealing. She even stole her sister’s clothes, took over her bed, and stole coupons on a show.“
Chaeyeon responded, “Isn’t this going to come out as ‘Chaeyeon’s stealing habit’? I haven’t really stolen my sister’s clothes, or have I?” showing uncertainty, but then explained, “I stole the coupons on the show for entertainment. It had to be funny. I thought it through.“
Chaeyeon also started complimenting when her younger sisters, including ITZY’s Chaeryeong, her youngest sister Chaemin, and their pet dogs Cherri and Cheso were mentioned.
Chaeyeon said, “Cherri and Cheso are so cute. They never get old. I’m envious that they don’t need to go to a dermatologist. Cherri even understands words. When our family raises our voices, she goes up to the second floor.”
However, about Chaemin, she bluntly said, “She’s a rascal,” and about Chaeryeong, she confessed, “Chaeryeong is on tour, so we don’t stay in touch well.“
Changho Lee raised the possibility of discord by asking, “Is there any problem with your sister?” Chaeyeon replied, “No problem. But these days, it feels like business.”
