Kpop Girl Group LE SSERAFIM won first place on the June 1st episode of ‘Show Champion’.
In the MBC M music program ‘Show Champion’ broadcast on June 1st, LE SSERAFIM’s “FEARLESS”, Kang Daniel‘s “Upside Down”, Davichi’s “Fanfare”, SEVENTEEN’s “HOT”, and Oneus‘ “Come on'(Bring it on)” was nominated for 1st place.
The winner was revealed to be LE SSERAFIM, who appeared on stage with only 5 members, as Kim Garam previously halted activities following her school violence allegations.
Receiving their cup, Kim Chaewon, the leader of LE SSERAFIM said: “I’m happy that we were able to finish our promotions well while receiving an award in ‘Show Champion’. I’d like to thank our fans for coming and cheering us on from early in the morning.”
Next, Eunchae Hong took the mic, saying: “I am very grateful for receiving such a pleasant award on the first day of June. I greatly appreciate our fans and staff who always help us.”
Kazuha added: “Thank you so much for always supporting us. I will work hard in the future.”
The June 1st episode of “Show Champion” featured ONEUS, LE SSERAFIM, LIGHTSUM, BVNDIT, TNX, DKB, Ciipher, Busters, MAJORS, NINE.i, BLANK2Y, Huh Gong, and Hwayeon.
ONEUS members Ravn and Leedo also appeared as special MCs.
